Changing Peoples Lives

Dear Changing People’s Lives Ministries: We here at the [redacted for privacy] SDA Church are so thankful for your ministry! To show our appreciation for what you do, the children from our primary Sabbath School wanted to send a donation for your ministries in communist Laos, North Korea, and Cuba. These are funds they have been saving up from their offerings for the last two years. They are excited for what the Lord is doing in these oppressed countries and will be praying that these funds will help many to have the opportunity to get to know our Lord Jesus.

I just want to thank you very much for your thoughtful letter from January 06, 2025, and your personal gift towards my wife’s care. How nice it is to receive a thank you note from a very busy missionary like yourself. It really means a lot to me and my wife, Odette, the money will be well spent and the Lord’s blessing to you and your dedicated staff for the wonderful work and service all of you are doing. Our prayers are daily going up to the Lord Jesus for all your work for the less fortunate in this world.

I’m used to receiving several letters from different church-related organizations on a regular basis. However, I’m blessed by the fact that Changing People’s Lives International Ministries always takes the time, the energy, and the resources to provide me with a detailed report on the use of my donated funds. While I’m not worried about who gets the credit, I’m encouraged by those detailed reports in pictures that inspire me to continue with my personal financial support.

We have no words that could describe the gratitude we feel in the Ukraine for CPL International Ministries and their leadership. While others have come to the border, you are the first ministry that has come directly to work right in the war zone. We admire your courage and sense of service. The fact that you came at the risk of your own lives speaks volumes of the type of ministry that Changing People’s Lives is. You are one of those fearless ministries that we can rely on.

I was under the impression that a mission trip was just laying bricks. My most recent experience with Changing People’s Lives (CPL) International Ministries was something “out of this world” where I really got to experience what it is like to make a difference in people’s lives. This is something I will keep doing with them on a yearly basis. Talk about bringing HOPE where Hope is gone.

I’m always looking for my auntie’s CPL reports that come full of pictures that show how her donations to the ministry really make a difference in people’s lives. They have become a highlight of my spiritual journey. I love missions because of what CPL International Ministries does.

The Non-Traditional way in which Changing People’s Lives (CPL) does ministry – your use of shoes, plastic bottles, blankets, pizzas and even toilets, is something so powerful. You have my prayers and financial support for life. Keep on going. I love the way CPL International Ministries thinks and does ministry “out of the box.” Please don’t stop – you can count on our support.

Today “Heaven came Down” for me. I was running late for church, so I decided to attend another congregation. To my surprise, the speaker was from CPL International Ministries. Their presentation was one of the most moving and inspirational presentations on missions I’d ever heard. Thank you, Jesus, for allowing me to be late to church today. The invitation from CPL International to be a local missionary right where I live changed my life.

The Savior’s work was not restricted to any time or place. His compassion knew no limit. On so large a scale did HE conduct HIS work of healing and teaching that there was no building in Palestine large enough to receive the multitudes that thronged to HIM. Go in the name of Jesus, Pastor Lozano, may you be free from getting sick, rejoicing in health.

I have been praying for the CPL staff and wanting to help over in Cuba with the delivery of much needed food for our people. “God is not slack in keeping HIS promise as man counts slackness.” And HE is always on time, never late. Keep up the good work.

Our group of pastors were inspired by the CPL International Ministries presentation on missions. Pastor Lozano is such a gifted speaker who shows all our pastors through tears, laughs and non-traditional ways, that we are all called to missions even beyond our regular work in ministry. Please be sure you come back next year!
